While I offer the following standard coaching packages, I am happy to tailor the packages to suit your needs:
Intensive: 5 sessions of 60 minutes each over a period of 3 months
Sustainable: 8 sessions of 60 minutes each over a period of 6 months
Team-oriented: 5 sessions of 180 minutes each over a period of 5 months
